Another app I'd recommend for your 6th point is 'one sec'. It gives you an unskippable breathing exercise each time you try to open the connected app. It also gives you a streak for how long you've went without opening an app. The streak is in hours too, and bigger numbers are more appealing. I have a 1750 hour streak since I last used twitter, and that looks a lot more appealing than 72 days.

I am going into 10th grade and the only thing I’m doing good in is grades. I’m trying to explore myself more next year but last year I got caught up in the most stupid drama. Luckily it won’t affect my future but I lost a year of potential planning from it.

I have not ever cheated in school. To be fair I dont care if other people score better with cheating because I know what the "cost" is and that karma will hit later on.

I have something to give and something to take from this video, so I hope you'll listen. I would say that, as organized a person you are, I find it odd that you don't have an affinity for politics. However, I'd recommend you change that. Policy, even just local, has such an effect on your own life and ties directly with your morals, wants, and needs. What I'd ask though, is how you became so put together in the first place. My main life goal is to make a difference for the better, but the contributions just seem so daunting and the path barely paved. So if you could offer any advice about gaining the skills to pave your own path (other than calendaring, lol) I would really appreciate it. The main thing I feel I need to do but have no clue how to is creating social/community networks.

As someone who graduated a quite a while ago, and is studying Neuroscience whilst doing pre-med at an Ivy League university, I do truly believe that this video has a lot of value to offer! There are a lot of points I feel that you hit right on the spot, but there are also others that I believe could be situational. For example, I very highly recommend still looking at textbooks. I remember one of my teachers saying "The textbooks aren't meant to be read, but they should be skimmed." Of course, it differs from class to class, but some teachers do take their test answers straight out of them. While it's still good to go and explore knowledge of the class using materials outside what you're given, you also need to make sure what you're looking for is going to actually provide you with the knowledge needed. It's one thing to watch a basic overview on mitosis, and another thing to listen to a detailed explanation. Another example is phone usage. I completely agree with a most of the strategies you mentioned, however I feel as though something worth mentioning is that you shouldn't rely solely on limitations on apps and social media to reduce your phone usage. High school is a time where you are learning self-discipline. When you're an adult and get more access to do pretty much anything you want, you still should know right from wrong. So while the apps themselves are a very good way of introducing these limitations, I think the main point of them is teaching yourself that you can live without having much time on said apps, in a way. There are a couple other things here and there, but I feel like overall, this video does bring up a lot of really good points. Also, congratulations on graduating!!!

I feel like the bestiary section is a bit misleading as the 1m combat xp bonuses only happen towards the end of the progression and at the beginning you only get around 20-100k xp every 5 milestones that take 10 family levels (i refer to family level as the milestone for a number of kills in a family)
